The First National Bank of Mount Dora has created accounts to meet the specific needs of small to large businesses. The type of account which best suits your company's needs may be determined by the number of deposit items, cleared checks and other debit items. Prestige Account

  • Minimum to open: $10,000
  • Less than $25,000.00 monthly maintenance fee: $25.00
  • Greater than $25,000.00. No monthly maintenance fee
  • Special interest rates on personal account if both personal and business account maintained

 

Regular Business Checking

  • Minimum opening deposit $100
  • If the average balance is $10,000 or greater, there is no daily fee
  • $10 monthly maintenance fee if above balance is not maintained, plus:
  • $.10 per item deposited
  • $.18 per item paid
  • Earnings credit of $.15 per $100 on the average collected balance will be deducted from fees listed above
  • Commercial Account analysis is available for accounts which use special deposit services or have an average balance of $20,000 or more
  • Internet Banking available

Deposited Items Returned Fees:

  • $5.00 Redeposited
  • $5.00 Charged to Account

Business Interest Checking
Minimum opening deposit $100
(Sole Proprietorships, Governmental Units and Nonprofit Organizations only)

If you maintain either a minimum daily balance of $4000 or an average daily balance of $8,000 and do not exceed (100) combined items paid or items deposited for the monthly statement cycle, there will be no monthly fee.

The following fees will be assessed if the minimum balance requirements are not met:

  • $9.95 Monthly Maintenance fee
  • $ .15 Per item fee (if items paid or deposited exceed 100)

Deposited Items Returned Fees:

  • $5.00 Redeposited
  • $5.00 Charged to Account

Accounts will be charged the same insufficient funds fees and other fees as stated in the Bank's Truth-in-Savings Disclosure. Copies of the disclosures are available upon request at any office of the Bank. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account. Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example, checks).

Important Information: If activity for the account exceeds the amount designated for three statement periods during any consecutive twelve months, the Bank may in its sole discretion transfer the account to a Bank Account type designed for higher activity. The new account type shall be governed by different applicable maintenance fees. Any such transfer shall become effective upon the Bank's notice to the depositor.


Small Business Checking
Minimum opening deposit $100

If you maintain either a minimum daily balance of $2,500 or an average daily balance of $5,000 and do not exceed combined items paid or items deposited for the monthly statement cycle, there will be no monthly fee.

The following fees will be assessed if the minimum balance requirements are not met:

  • $14.00 Monthly Maintenance fee*
  • $ .15 Per item fee (if items paid or deposited exceed 125)
  • Internet Banking available

Deposited Items Returned Fees

  • $ 5.00 Redeposited
  • $ 5.00 Charged to Account
