

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious individual interested in a career in banking who would like to participate in our Career Training Program as a Career Trainee. If you qualify for this position, you will receive 12-18 months of paid training in various facets of banking, including lending, operations, administration, and business development. By the end of the training program, you will have knowledge in crucial areas of the Bank, as well as the area of banking in which you’d like to focus.

What you'll do:
• Rotate through various departments using the skills acquired to gain an overview of the role each one plays in helping the bank run smoothly
• Train in various aspects of banking, from lending and operations to administration and business development
• Ensure that all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies/procedures
What you'll need:
• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Efficient and effective time-management skills
• Attention to detail and extreme accuracy when completing tasks
• Skills in problem solving while exercising sound judgement
• Proven track record and expectation of honesty, integrity and professionalism at all times
The hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
